How can Iceland as a ski destination attract more international skiers? The question was assigned the University of Akureyri as a proposal from the Icelandic government. In order to respond to the question we were hired, together with London-based design-led management consultancy firm “Radarstation”, to conduct danish focus groups and hold an inquiry into the collaboration between consumer and possible businesses partners
Goal: To analyse the structural challenges in the Iceland ski tourism industri in order to attract more internationel skier in the future.
